Suppliers and Customers Sample Clauses

The 'Suppliers and Customers' clause defines the rights and obligations of the parties regarding their relationships with third-party suppliers and customers during the term of the agreement. It typically outlines whether either party can engage with the other’s suppliers or customers, and may restrict solicitation or interference with these business relationships. This clause serves to protect the business interests of each party by preventing poaching or disruption of established commercial relationships, thereby maintaining trust and stability throughout the contractual period.
