CIL shall have the right to periodically audit ENZO's documentation and manufacturing process to ensure such compliance. Within one (1) year of the time CIL becomes ISO 9000 certified for PRODUCTS, ENZO shall become ISO 9000 certified for such PRODUCTS. CIL shall provide consultative assistance to ENZO to facilitate such certification.
