Training Material definition
Training Material means any and all material and documentation (including presentations and/or software) issued by Contractor to Company and/or Participant as part of the Training.

Training Material means all written documentations, diagrams, drawings, slides, videos and other materials produced by Arco for use in relation to the Training Services.

The digital materials will be referred to throughout as the ‘Practitioner Materials’. Collectively all materials will all be referred to as the ‘Training Material’. Trade Marks and Brands means the terms ‘Parentshop®’, ‘Emotion Coaching’ and ‘1-2-3 Magic®’ (and associated logos) all in relation to educational services, namely, conducting classes, seminars and workshops in the field of parenting and child discipline and dissemination of course materials in connection therewith.
