Integrated Solution definition

Integrated Solution means Partner’s commercial product or service offering that integrates with the Service(s).

Integrated Solution means an integrated, stationary, battery based energy storage solution, comprised of inverters, a control system including software, and electrical battery. Integrated Solution means the solution described in the Contract and the Supply, which normally includes the supply of Products, and Services. The Integrated Solution is to be understand as completed by the delivery of what has been created, unless the Contracts foresees that the SPECIAL-IND technical testing criteria must be verified for the same to be considered completed.
