Employment Guidelines. Employee understands that while not constituting a contract, the Employer sets certain policies and standards that it expects employees to comply with as part of general expectations of employee behavior. Employee agrees to abide by any general employment guidelines or policies adopted by the Company such as those detailed in an employee handbook, as such guidelines may be implemented and amended from time to time.
Employment Guidelines. The Employee agrees to at all times be bound by and --------------------- adhere to the Employment Guidelines attached hereto as Appendix B and incorporated herein, and to use his best efforts to protect the proprietary and confidential materials and information of TSI and of TSI's clients, including valuable trade secrets.

The Company accepts the principle that the position of Sales Supervisor is the senior position of responsibility the bargaining unit and as such, Sales Supervisors will be assigned functions conducive with their abilities and position, above the use of lower classified employees. A cosmetician will be regularly assigned to each store in which the average weekly cosmetic net purchases, as described in Commission Policy, have totalled over per week over a three month period, excluding the month of December. Employee will comply with and be bound by Company's operating policies, procedures, and practices from time to time in effect during Employee's employment.
Employment Guidelines. 1. The pastor is directly responsible to the congregation in the performance of ministry. The pastor shall meet annually with the personnel committee of the church for review and evaluation of ministry. The pastor, with the deacons, oversee the pastoral care and nurture of the church members and provide for a continuing, diversified program of ministries among the members.
Employment Guidelines. 1. The church agrees to pay for all moving expenses incurred, including a mover of the pastor’s choice. The pastor shall obtain at least two competitive bids for this expense.

Effective date of ratification, a Cosmetic Clerk will be regularly assigned to each store in which the average weekly cosmetic sales as described in the commission policy have totalled over two thousand and seven hundred dollars ($2,700) per week over a three month period excluding the month of December. A Pharmacy Technician will be regularly assigned to each store in which the average number of prescriptions filled per week is maintained at over six hundred (600) per week over a three month period. The Company reserves the right to reassign the classifications referred to above if sales or number of prescriptions subsequently drop below the appropriate level set out above for a three month period. All noted sales amounts will be maintained throughout the term of the agreement. The union chairperson will be supplied with the relevant sales volumes on a regular basis. A Stock Clerk will be regularly assigned to each store in which the average weekly General Merchandise sales as reported in the have totalled over an average of fourteen thousand dollars ($14,000) per week over a three month period excluding the month of December.
