Operating Policies definition

Operating Policies means the operating policies approved by the Board in accordance with section 2.06 of this by-law.
Operating Policies means principles, standards, policies, guidelines and criteria (i) related to the TFO's Transmission Facility developed by the TFO and applicable to the TFO, the TA, or the SC; and (ii) related to the Transmission System developed by the TA and applicable to the TA, SC, or TFO and other Transmission Facility owners for fulfilling their respective duties, functions and responsibilities under the EUA and regulations made thereunder;
Operating Policies means the operating policies approved by the Board in accordance with section2.03 of this by-law.

Operating Policies means the set of operational procedures, policies, and requirements for the use of OPCS, to be made available by the treasurer of state.
