Duty-Free Lunch Period. All teachers shall be entitled to a duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period equal to the regular, local school lunch period but not less than thirty (30) minutes in each school day. Accommodations for coverage will be provided for exceptional situations.
Duty-Free Lunch Period. Employees will have a duty-free lunch period of thirty (30) continuous minutes per workday.

Duty-Free Lunch Period. The duty-free lunch period for employees who are located in a school, e.g., clerical personnel, nurses, team nurses, paraeducators, technicians, transliterators, sign language interpreters, inclusion helpers, and Braille technicians shall extend for at least thirty (30) minutes; but when the pupils have a regular lunch period of less than thirty (30) minutes, the duty-free period shall coincide with such regular period of less than thirty (30) minutes. In general, employees who are located in a school are expected to remain at school during the lunch period. For good reason, permission may be granted for leaving the premises during the lunch period. The principal may limit the number of employees who may leave the building during lunch at any one time.
Duty-Free Lunch Period. Teachers shall be provided with a duty free lunch period of no less than thirty (30) minutes. The remaining time in excess of any single thirty (30) minute lunch period shall also be duty free except in those small schools wherein it would be impractical or prohibitive to do so, with respect to those teachers assigned campus and/or playground supervision of students on a rotating basis. A teacher may leave the campus during his duty free lunch period.
Duty-Free Lunch Period. Each Member of the Bargaining Unit will have a duty free lunch period of not less than thirty (30) consecutive minutes per day. If conditions do not allow this duty free lunch, the building principal will then contract with an employee to assist with the lunch duty. If the extra personnel is needed and no employee agrees to assist with the lunch duty, then the building principal, Building Level Team, and all certified staff will work to arrive at a mutually accommodating lunch schedule.
Duty-Free Lunch Period. The Board agrees that the teachers in the Xxxxx County Central School system are entitled to a 30-minute lunch period free from extra-duty requirements, subject to emergency situations or problems connected with inclement weather.
Duty-Free Lunch Period. A. Each teacher shall have a forty-five (45) minute duty-free lunch period each day. All staffing for educational programs and services is of primary importance. Appropriate attention will be given to providing the lunch period toward the middle of the day. The lunch period shall be a continuous forty-five (45) minutes except that academic teachers may be required by the Superintendent or designee to split the period in order to meet staffing needs provided that one (1) of the periods is no less than thirty (30) minutes.
