Merchandise Sales. All event merchandise sales (e.g. apparel, photography) must utilize vendors approved and licensed through MH. For example, all apparel bearing the registered MH name and/or trademarked logo must be purchased through the licensed MH vendor. Contact the MH Executive Director for a list of approved vendors. Proceeds from merchandise sales will be collected by MH to offset tournament expenses.
Merchandise Sales. Licensee shall secure a University Sales Permit in order to sell merchandise, including, without limitation, programs, t-shirts, posters, CDs and DVDs related to the Event on University property. Licensee shall pay to University percent ( %) of gross sales on all merchandise sold on University property, whether sold by Licensee or by University on a consignment basis, within ( ) days after the Event.
Merchandise Sales. The Contractor may sell merchandise at the event with no amount of the profit benefiting Macalester, with the exception of book sales.
Merchandise Sales a) DPAC reserves the right to approve all Clothing, Souvenirs, Books, Audio and Video Recordings offered for sale along with all Photo Booths.
Merchandise Sales. (a) Merchandiser agrees to sell to UBL during the Term, for resale over the UBL Site upon the terms and conditions set forth below, all merchandise manufactured by or under the control of Merchandiser, except to the extent Merchandiser does not have the right to sell such merchandise to web site retail outlets. Merchandiser agrees to use reasonable efforts to diligently and timely fulfill UBL's orders of merchandise under this Agreement.
Merchandise Sales. Any and all exhibitors who take orders or receive money for services that they provide to the attendees of any event held on City property, whether indoors or outdoors, will be subject to pay the required vendor fee, provide a copy of their occupational license along with the appropriate insurance certificate naming the City of St. Cloud as “additionally insured”. The City of St. Cloud reserves the right to place all exhibitors in locations based on the nature of the event.
Merchandise Sales. Buyer also agrees to allow the Artist to sell their own merchandise including but not limited to: Audio CDs, T Shirts, Wristbands, Guitar Pics, Artist Photos etc. before, during, and after the Performance with no commissions or sales percentages due to the venue, or the buyer or any other entity. Buyer also agrees to provide artist with basic items needed to accommodate a “Merch Table” in a well light, high foot traffic area inside the Venue.
Merchandise Sales. Ten Percent (10%) of the monthly gross receipts received.
Merchandise Sales. Licensee shall not permit concession sales, or sales of merchandise bearing the name or marks of the University of Michigan at the Facility. Licensee is not authorized to use any advertising, sponsor any event, or display any products at the facility rented unless a request is first submitted in writing to the Director of Marketing for the University Athletic Department. If approval is granted, written permission will be mailed to Licensee.
Merchandise Sales. PCE 811, LLC will retain all sales from PCE 811, LLC-related merchandise and will provide its own staff for such sales. Should PCE 811, LLC desire that the Owner sell merchandise for the All-Star Game, the venue shall retain 25% of all such sales after the deduction of appropriate expenses in accordance with Section 5(b) of the Agreement.
