Classified Employees definition

Classified Employees means employees who are covered by the Virginia Personnel Act, Chapter 29 (§ 2.2-2900 et seq.) of Title 2.2 of the Code of Virginia, and the policies and procedures established by the Virginia Department of Human Resource Management and who are not Participating Covered Employees.
Classified Employees includes the following employees: custodians, food services, maintenance personnel, receiving/delivery, bus drivers, assistant bus drivers, mechanics, educational assistants, instructional assistants, library assistants, and health assistants
Classified Employees means employees who are covered by the Virginia Personnel Act, Chapter 29 2370 (§ 2.2-2900 et seq.) of Title 2.2 of the Code of Virginia, and the policies and procedures established by 2371 the Virginia Department of Human Resource Management and who are not Participating Covered 2372 Employees.

More Definitions of Classified Employees

Classified Employees means any person(s) in the Classified Unit as defined by PERC 8 #80E-319 issued January 19, 1981. The term "Employee" shall be synonymous to the term 9 "Classified Employee". 10
