Gender identity or expression means a person's actual or perceived gender, including a person's self-image, appearance, expression, or behavior, whether or not that self-image, appearance, expression, or behavior is different from that traditionally associated with the person's biological sex as assigned at birth.
As used in this section:(a) "Agency which provides child welfare services" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 432B.030.(b) "Child care facility" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 432A.024.(c) "Foster home" has the meaning ascribed to it in NRS 424.014.(d) "Gender identity or expression" has the meaning ascribed to it in section 2.5 of this act.Sec.
