Eligibility for Insurance Benefits. Subject to the specific provisions of Sections G through L below, employees and their eligible dependents (“Dependents”) are eligible for benefits under this Article 3 in accordance with the following:
Eligibility for Insurance Benefits. 1. Any regularly contracted teacher who works at least thirty (30) hours per week shall be entitled to have the board pay one-hundred percent (100%) of the board’s total contribution for all of the types of insurance in Section B listed below.

See Article 7.K for benefits while on layoff status.Medical benefits under Section E and dental benefits under Section F for employees and their Dependents will be continued while the employee is on layoff due to a reduction in force for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of the employee’s layoff, provided the employee pays the Required Monthly Contribution.

Eligibility for Insurance Benefits. Employees shall become eligible to participate in the insurance benefit plans provided under the terms of this Ag reement on the first day of the month following the employee's successful completion of his/her probationary period.
