Medical Plans definition

Medical Plans means the medical care plans (or any successor medical plans adopted by the Company) in which Executive participates, as in effect immediately prior to the relevant event (subject to changes in coverage levels applicable to all employees generally covered by such Plans).
Medical Plans means the DeltaFlex and the Delta Family-Care Medical Plans (or any successor medical plans adopted by the Company), as in effect immediately prior to the Change in Control (subject to changes in coverage levels applicable to all employees generally covered by such Plans).
Medical Plans means any and all benefit plans that provide medical, vision and dental benefits to current or former Employees sponsored or maintained by or on behalf of, or for the benefit of, PCC or any Asset Sale Company, including the Comprehensive Medical Expense Benefits Plan of The Pittston Company and Its Subsidiaries.
