Eligibility for Retiree. Health Benefits shall be based on age and Years Of Service (YOS), with YOS calculated as cumulative rather than continuous years with ALPA. Effective 5/1/09, eligibility shall be determined as follows: Employees with 5+ YOS @ 5/1/09: Age 56 and 18 YOS Employees with <5 YOS @ 5/1/09: Age 62 and 20 YOS Employees hired on or after 5/1/09: Age 65 and 25 YOS
