Section E means these terms and conditions and the Order Form(s) specific to the Ordering Activity.
Section E. The superintendent is authorized to grant up to three (3) years' credit on the salary schedule to a teacher for outside work experience which is directly related to the teaching assignment of the teacher.

Section E. The outcomes sought for the child or the young person. This should include outcomes for adult life. The EHC plan should also identify the arrangements for the setting of shorter term targets by the early year’s provider, school, college or other education or training provider.
Section E. No deviations from the obligations of the parents and/or guardians, as defined in this contract, will be allowed except that any special cases which arise may be brought to the attention of the Executive Officer or the President who, in turn, will bring the matter before the Board of Trustees for decision.
