Eligible Dependents definition

Eligible Dependents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6(a)(iv) of this Agreement.
Eligible Dependents means enrolled dependents of Subscribers, as defined by the Florida Administrative Code and statutes.
Eligible Dependents means dependents of the Executive who are eligible to receive medical benefits under the Company’s medical plan.

Examples of Eligible Dependents in a sentence

  • Eligible Dependents of retirees may continue coverage until the retiree’s death.

  • Every Eligible Person may enroll for coverage under this Benefit Plan and may include any Eligible Dependents on such enrollment form.

  • Eligible Dependents are eligible for either Pediatric Benefits or Adult Benefits as described in this Policy.

  • If GROUP is transferring health insurance coverage from another health insurance carrier to BCBSRI, then to the extent permitted by law, BCBSRI shall not require proof that dependents meet the criteria to be considered Eligible Dependents under this Agreement.

  • Eligible Dependents are defined in the master policy and include your Spouse (common-law Spouse after one year of co-habitation) and your unmarried children under age 21 (up to age 25 if attending school).


More Definitions of Eligible Dependents

Eligible Dependents has the same meaning as in the City's tax qualified retirement plan for general employees.
Eligible Dependents means eligible as dependents under the Maryland State Retirement/Pension System.

Notwithstanding the forgoing, an Eligible Dependent child may not be older than 26.
Eligible Dependents means dependents as defined by Chapter 60P, Florida Administrative Code.
Eligible Dependents means (1) Policyholder’s spouse, Common Law Spouse, or Domestic Partner; and all of Policyholder’s children, including step-children, legally adopted children, children for which Policyholder is the legal guardian, grandchildren, and the children of the Domestic Partner, any of which are under twenty-six (26) years of age.
