Description of Services/Introduction. The Contractor shall provide all qualified personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform support services for the MCoE as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the Contractor that will be performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government.

The Contractor shall teach all classes in strict accordance with the Program of Instruction (POI) and lesson plans approved by the Government. The Contractor shall perform in accordance with (IAW) the terms and conditions of the contract and consistently with the established standards in this PWS and contract.

Description of Services/Introduction. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform ON-SITE HQDA G- 3/5/7, C2 and Business Application, Database and Web Maintenance Services as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall have, at a minimum; a current Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) Maturity Level 3 for development and level 2 for services released in the Carnegie Mellon Software Engineering Institute’s Published Appraisal System (PARS). The tasks are performed in multiple locations including The Pentagon (primary), other locations within the National Capital Region (NCR), and an alternate location within 100 miles of the Pentagon. Due to the nature of the crisis action support to the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS), the contractor is responsible for emergency response capability which entails being on call 24/7 or adjusting their work hours to provide additional crisis and troubleshooting support. The contractor personnel performing work under this contract shall have a Secret, Top Secret, or Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) depending on the position. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.
Description of Services/Introduction. This is a non-personal services agreement to provide Foreclosure Legal Services and Related Technical Support for the State of Kentucky The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. The annual review may offer an “on-ramp” opportunity for new qualifying firms in which the government will synopsize each of the requirements on the XXX.xxx (xxx.xxxx.xxx.gov), which will ensure contractors have notice and sufficient lead time to propose. Individual task orders will contain specific performance based requirements. The Contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract and project specific task orders. The Multiple Award Military Munitions Services III (MAMMS III) contracts awarded will be contracts under a MATOC for Munitions and Explosives of Concern (MEC) and Munitions Constituents (MC) investigations, and remediation services in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Baltimore District and its customers located primarily in the USACE North Atlantic Division (NAD) mission Area of Responsibility (AOR) within the Continental United States (CONUS), Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. The awarded contracts will provide a wide range of military munitions and environmental response services at various current and formerly used defense sites, property adjoining currently and formerly used defense sites, and other federally controlled/owned sites. The Contractor shall safely locate, identify, recover, evaluate, manage and make final disposition of MEC, other munitions, MC and Hazardous Toxic Radioactive Waste (HTRW). The Contractor shall primarily perform Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) services to protect human health and the environment from hazards associated military munitions and contaminants of potential concern (COPCs). HTRW services incidental to MMRP shall also be performed, if required, to protect human health and the environment from hazards associated with military munitions and COPCs. The terms “Munitions or Chemical Warfare Material (CWM) or MC response/operations/activities,” and “Munitions Response Sites (MRSs)” generally apply to work performed under the MMRP. For the purpose of this contract, the term “HTRW response” represents any and all remediation of hazardous substances required under the DoD’s Installation Restoration Program (IRP) and FUDS HTRW projects.
