Owned Sites definition

Owned Sites means the Sites which are owned by Tower Operator in fee simple, which Sites are identified on Exhibit A or Exhibit B as Owned Sites.

Owned Sites means freehold or leasehold sites where we own the telecommunications passive infrastructure and any equipment relating to power provision and security. We are responsible for maintaining and securing the site as well as obtaining the relevant permits and, if applicable, ground leases relating to the sites.

Owned Sites means, collectively, the “Owned Funded Sites” and the “Owned Non-Funded Sites,” all of which are collectively set forth on Attachments A-1, A-2 and A-3 hereto.

Person shall mean any natural individual or any Entity.

Owned Sites means the Sites with respect to which an AT&T Party owns fee simple title in the Land which is part of the such Site, which Sites are designated as “Owned” on Schedule 1 and Schedule 3, including the Included Property related thereto.

Owned Sites means the owned real property primarily related to the BSS Business listed on Schedule 11.1(a), including any fixtures attached to such real property and all structures, facilities and improvements located thereon, or attached or appurtenant thereto.

Owned Sites means the Towers located on the Owned Land, together with a leasehold interest in the Owned Land and Appurtenant Interests, buildings, structures, other improvements and facilities (if any) and Equipment located thereon, and the associated Tenant Leases, Related Contracts and Tower Related Assets, in each case excluding the Excluded Assets.

Owned Sites means, collectively or individually, all Owned Land Sites, Ground Lease Sites and AT&T Sites.
