Task Orders definition

Task Orders means an Ordering Document for Services.
Task Orders has the meaning given this term in Section 3.3(d).
Task Orders. Means the task order(s) signed by the parties hereto from time to time pursuant to this Agreement;

Examples of Task Orders in a sentence

  • The Government will issue Task Orders based on the work described in SECTION C of this contract and the schedules set forth in Section J, Attachment J.1 Labor Rates.

  • The Consultant is responsible for ensuring that Task Orders only include any incidental non-A&E services.

  • All reviews, inspections and approvals made prior to the final acceptance of deliverables or Task Orders are intended only to provide interim authorizations to proceed and do not constitute final approval of the deliverable or Task Order.

  • The total price of all Task Orders issued under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount of Compensation set forth in Section 4 of this Agreement.


More Definitions of Task Orders

Task Orders means a request form (as shown in Exhibits B, B1, B2) issued by LCI describing the Work to be performed under this Agreement and identifying the Contractor Personnel necessary to perform such Work.
Task Orders means the description of the Services and Deliverables to be provided hereunder from time to time, which may include single or multiple Task Orders.
Task Orders means a directive prepared by the Improvements Manager, approved by the Department and Authority in writing, and signed by the Authority and the Improvements Manager pursuant to the Improvements Management Agreement, detailing the design criteria, preliminary specifications and drawings, and other requirements for the portion of the Improvements to be designed and implemented by the Improvements Manager, along with the cost, any special warranties, increases to the payment and performance bonds, the delivery of “as-built” drawings or similar materials (if applicable), insurance requirements for contractors, the time schedule for such implementation.

Related to Task Orders

  • Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

  • Work Order means an individually negotiated document that is executed by both Parties and which authorizes a Project, if any, in an indefinite quantity Contract.

  • Purchase Orders means official orders issued by an operating division of Transnet to the Supplier/Service Provider for the supply of Goods or Services;

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • SOW means the document specifying, without limitation, the scope, objective, and time frame of the Work that Supplier will perform for Cisco.

  • The Work Order means the order placed by the Purchaser on the Supplier signed by the Purchaser including all attachments and appendices thereto and all documents incorporated by reference therein. The Work order shall be deemed as "Contract" appearing in the document.

  • Stop Work Order means the written Notice, delivered in accordance with this Agreement, by which the State may require the Contractor to stop all, or any part, of the Work of this Agreement, for the period set forth in the Stop Work Order. The Stop Work Order shall be specifically identified as such and shall indicate that it is issued pursuant to the Stop Work provision in this Exhibit B.

  • Service Order Form means our standard Service Order Form for Services, or any other order form that we agree with you in writing that incorporates the provisions of this DPA;

  • Change Orders mean changes or modifications to any Construction Contract or any other contract with labor or material suppliers.

  • Service Order or “Contract” or “Agreement” shall mean the Service Order / Agreement and all attached exhibits and documents referred to therein and all terms and conditions thereof together with any subsequent modifications thereto;

  • Product Schedule means PTC’s standard order form entitled “PTC Product Schedule” (including all schedules, attachments and other document(s) specifically referenced therein) or such alternative order form as may be submitted by Customer and accepted by PTC, in each case that specifies (i) the Licensed Products and/or Services ordered; and (ii) for Licensed Products, the installation address (including the Designated Country) and the Licence Term.

  • Project Plans mean the plans for the Project that are attached to this Agreement as Exhibit “B.”

  • Cloud Service Order Form means all written order forms or other ordering documentation for Cloud Services entered into by SAP, or a SAP SE Affiliate or a reseller of SAP SE or an SAP SE Affiliate, and Prime Contractor.

  • Programme of work means the Programme of work submitted by the contractor and approved by the Engineer-in-charge and includes and amendment thereto made from time to time and approved by the Engineer-in-charge;

  • Purchase Order (PO) means a written offer made by a purchaser to a supplier formally stating the terms and conditions of a proposed transaction.

  • Project Plan means the document to be developed by the Contractor and approved by Webel Technology Ltd., based on the requirements of the Contract and the Preliminary Project Plan included in the Contractor’s bid. For the sake of clarity, the Agreed and Finalized Project Plan” refers to the version of the Project Plan submitted by the contractor after receiving the letter of Award and the same approved by Webel Technology Ltd. The project plan may be changed/ modified during the course of the project. Should the Project Plan conflict with the provisions of the Contract in any way, the relevant provisions of the Contract, including any amendments, shall prevail.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Purchase Order means the form or format a Customer uses to make a purchase under the Contract (e.g., a formal written purchase order, electronic purchase order, procurement card, contract or other authorized means).

  • Cost of work , in table above, shall mean the agreement amount of the work.

  • Contract Schedule means a schedule to this Contract;

  • Contract Work means everything required to be furnished and done by the Contractor by any one or more of the parts of the Contract referred to in Article 1, except Extra Work as hereinafter defined.

  • Contract Specifications means the principal trading terms in CFD (for example Spread, Swaps, Lot Size, Initial Margin, Necessary Margin, Hedged Margin, the minimum level for placing Stop Loss, Take Profit and Limit Orders, financing charges, charges etc) for each type of CFD as determined by the Company from time to time.

  • Manufacturing Services means the manufacturing, quality control, quality assurance, stability testing, packaging, and related services, as set forth in this Agreement, required to manufacture Product or Products using the Active Materials, Components, and Xxxx Back Items;

  • Software Order Form means the order form for the Software, Third Party Software and related SAP Support ordered by Licensee thereunder, including information on Software, Third Party Software, SAP Support, fees, and other information necessary for the delivery of such items to Licensee.

  • Technical Specifications means the detailed requirements for the Work furnished by the Architect and set forth in Book 3 of the Contract Documents.

  • Period of Work means the time during which an employee is at the disposal of the employer;
