Alternate location definition

Alternate location means the geographic area of a local tax collecting unit in this state that is not the ordinary location of an item of personal property but is the location to which the property was moved due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Alternate location or “Alternate Site” means the location other than the cable landing station where the owner of cable landing station provides, through interconnecting link from cable landing station, access to international submarine cable capacity and such location includes space for collocation of equipment;
