North Carolina. CANCELLATION section is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: You may cancel this Service Contract for any reason at any time. If You cancel Your Service Contract within ninety (90) days of receipt of Your Service Contract You will receive a full refund of the price of this Service Contract, less the cost of claims paid. If You cancel after ninety (90) days of receipt of Your Service Contract You will receive a pro-rata refund based on the period expired under this Service Contract, less the cost of claims paid.
