PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT. The Contractor shall provide the services, and perform all activities deemed necessary and appropriate to fulfill contractual obligations as described herein. The medication lock boxes must hold up to 2 weeks’ worth of Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD), and include a secure locking mechanism by key or code. The Federal Guidelines for Security of Take-Home Medication state “Patients receiving unsupervised (take- home) medication should use a locked container to inconspicuously and safely transport take- home medication packaged in individual bottles that are labeled in accordance with the regulations and store the medication at home. The regulations do not mandate that patients use a specific type of locking container”. All Medication Lock Boxes must includes the following components:

PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT. Prior to completing the Performance Work Statement (PWS) the Employer will meet with a designated Union representative to discuss the description of the work to be performed. The purpose of the meeting is to insure that all work to be performed is included in the PWS. The Union representative will be provided adraft copy of the PWS at least five (5) work days in advance of the meeting. PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT a. Contractor work will consist largely of the removal, transportation, treatment and disposal of Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) related wastes, characterized as non-hazardous, non-RCRA waste at the time of award of this contract. PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT. C.2.1. The work to be performed under this contract will be comprised of technical studies and support services, including report preparations. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supplies, materials, laboratory services and equipment necessary to conduct comprehensive technical planning studies and prepare reports for the NAB Military, Civil Works, and International and Interagency Support programs. (PWS) 1.0: OBJECTIVE The CNA shall provide all management, labor, supervision, materials, equipment and supplies to furnish CNA program services as outlined in this Agreement, the JWOD Act, 41 U.S.C. Chapter 85 and implementing regulations, 41 C.F.R. Chapter 51, and Commission policies governing the AbilityOne Program. The CNA shall plan, schedule, coordinate, and ensure effective and efficient performance of all services provided. All work must be performed in a manner that promotes the Federal Government’s policies and the Commission’s specific objectives as set forth in this Agreement, the JWOD Act, 41 U.S.C. Chapter 85 and implementing regulations, 41 C.F.R. Chapter 51, and Commission policies governing the AbilityOne Program. This is a performance-based agreement. These performance-based specifications express the Government’s requirements in the form of the minimum quality standard to be met and consequences for deficient performance. The overall purpose of this Agreement is to implement Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2016, Public Law 114-113 2016, by establishing the governing relationship between the Commission and the CNA to ensure effective stewardship of the AbilityOne Program and to increase employment and training opportunities for persons who are blind through the delivery of products and services to the Federal Government in accordance with the JWOD Act. High value is associated with sustaining and increasing current employment levels and developing and executing new lines of business that also increase new employment opportunities.
