Radioactive waste definition

Radioactive waste means radioactive waste as defined in Article 3(7) of Council Directive 2011/70/Euratom8;
Radioactive waste means any waste which contains radioactive material in concentrations which exceed those listed in 10 CFR Part 20, Appendix B, Table II, Column 2.
