Level 2 definition

Level 2 means a charging system that provides charging through a two-hundred- eight to two-hundred-forty volt AC plug with a cord connector that meets the SAE international J1772 standard or a successor standard.
Level 2 means that either (a) S&P shall have assigned a rating lower than AA- but at least A+ or (b) Moody's shall have assigned a rating lower than Aa3 but at least A1.
Level 2 means that, as of any date of determination, the criteria of Level 1 are not satisfied and the Long-Term Debt carries either of the following ratings:

Level 2 means that, as of any date of determination, the applicable Rating is equal to A (in the case of a Rating from S&P) or A2 (in the case of a Rating from Moody’s), as applicable, as of such date of determination.
