Remediation Services means the additional services required to be provided hereunder by DTI in connection with a Fund Error in order to correct, remediate, adjust, reprocess, repeat, reverse or otherwise modify conduct previously taken in accordance with this Agreement to achieve the outcome originally intended by the previous conduct.

Remediation Services means error correction services, consisting of SERVICEWARE using all reasonable commercial efforts to design, code and implement programming changes to the Software, and modifications to the documentation, to correct reproducible errors therein so that the Software is brought into substantial conformance with its Documentation.
