Description of Services/Introduction. The TSS-E is a system of systems that provides networked, integrated, and interoperable training support capabilities through five (5) core tasking areas for active duty, reserve and national guard soldiers, units, commands and installations located throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS). The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the required TSS-E Mission Support Services except for those items specified as Government-Furnished Property (GFP) and any additional services as defined in this PWS. The contractor shall perform to the standards as required in accordance with the PWS and resulting contract(s).
