CONTRACTOR’S WORK SCHEDULES. Contractor, promptly after entering into this Agreement, shall prepare and submit for the Developer’s information a Contractor’s Work Plan. The Work Plan shall not exceed time limits required by the time schedule provided by Developer, shall identify all proposed personnel on site for Developer pre-approval (such approval not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed), shall be coordinated with other work of Developer or other contractors for the Project, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work. Contractor shall schedule the Work to coincide with Owner’s schedule and shall have all materials, equipment and necessary work crews on the job in order to perform the Work on schedule. Contractor agrees to have adequate personnel on the job site every scheduled work day, so as not to delay the Project or other work of Owner. Contractor shall take all necessary actions required to remedy any delay due to the fault of Contractor or anyone working under Contractor, including, without limitation, providing additional forces to perform the Work, or working overtime at Contractor’s sole cost and expense.

CONTRACTOR’S WORK SCHEDULES. (a) Contractor shall provide a work schedule to Broward Health at the time of the execution of this Agreement (the “Work Schedule”). The Work Schedule to be provided shall (a) reflect the date of commencement of the Work and the Completion Date; (b) indicate the proposed starting and completion dates for the various items, components, and subdivisions of the Work; (c) indicate the totality of the Work set forth in the Work Schedule; (d) indicate early and late start dates for the various Work activities and items; (e) disclose the relationship in number of days and types of linkage between all linked activities; (f) identify, coordinate, and integrate design schedules that are required to perform the Work, Broward Health’s responsibilities, including any Broward Health direct purchases, the dates for all appropriate and necessary approvals of governmental authorities, the early access dates for certain phases of the Work by Broward Health, and other activities necessary for the timely completion of the Work; and (g) depict all critical off-site Work and activities, including procurements and fabrication and delivery of materials as individual activities with the relationships of such critical off-site Work and activities to the commencement of on-site Work and activities.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Work Schedule A 4/10 work schedule is four (4) ten hour days in a seven (7) day period, for a total of forty (40) hours per week.

  • THE WORK The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor necessary to produce such construction, and all materials and equipment incorporated or to be incorporated in such construction.

  • Contract Documents The contract documents shall consist of the following:

  • Contract Schedule The information set forth in the Contract Schedule is true and correct.

  • Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.

  • Statements of Work 3.1 Each Statement of Work shall be agreed in the following manner:

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.
