LANDSCAPE AREAS Clause Samples

The "Landscape Areas" clause defines the specific portions of a property or project site that are designated for landscaping, such as planting trees, shrubs, grass, or installing other landscape features. It typically outlines the boundaries of these areas, the types of plantings or materials to be used, and any maintenance requirements. By clearly identifying and regulating these spaces, the clause ensures that landscaping is completed according to agreed standards and helps prevent disputes over the extent and quality of landscape work.
