Statements of Work definition

Statements of Work means the statements of work referenced in the Proposal.
Statements of Work mean the statements of work between the Parties attached to this Third Amendment in Appendix B entitled [***] and any additional statements of work agreed to by Merck and Moderna related to the RSV Collaboration mRNA Construct identified in the Amended RSV R&D Plan.
Statements of Work or “SOW(s)” means any fully executed document referencing this Agreement and outlining the nature and scope of services, which may include: the project plans, specifications, delivery dates, performance milestones, deliverables, fees, payment schedules, project managers, and such other pertinent information.

Examples of Statements of Work in a sentence

  • Customer Affiliates may acquire Okta products and services subject to the terms of this Agreement by executing Order Forms or Statements of Work hereunder that incorporate by reference the terms of this Agreement.

  • This Agreement and the applicable Order Form(s) and/or Statement(s) of Work entered into by a Customer Affiliate pursuant to this Section 6.5 shall constitute a new and separate agreement between Okta and such Customer Affiliate (a “Customer Affiliate Agreement”), and for clarity, any termination pursuant to Section 11.2 by Customer of this Agreement or by Customer Affiliate of a Customer Affiliate Agreement shall be understood to apply solely to such specific agreement.

  • Accordingly, the Agreement and such other Statement(s) of Work and/or Accepted Purchase Order(s) shall remain in full force in accordance with its/their terms.

  • In each such case, all references in this Agreement to Customer shall be deemed to r efer to such Customer Affiliate for purposes of such Order Form(s) or Statement(s) of Work.

  • The termination of the Agreement in accordance with this Clause 15.5 shall not cause the termination or cessation of any Statements of Work or Accepted Purchase Orders (or any part thereof or the obligations of either Party thereunder) in effect on such date the relevant written notice is provided, nor on the date of the expiration of the relevant written notice.


More Definitions of Statements of Work

Statements of Work or "SOW" shall mean: (i) the statement of work for implementation of the Remedial Design, as set forth at Appendix F to this Consent Decree, and any modifications made in accordance with the July 2003 AOC and this Consent Decree; and/or (ii) the statement of work for implementation of the Remedial Action, Institutional Controls,
Statements of Work means the documents substantially in the format contained in Exhibit 1(h) which are mutually agreed upon by the parties describing the detailed obligations of the parties with respect to a Project.

Statements of Work means written description of the professional services, custom development and service requests for new Services, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Services Agreement.
Statements of Work means written work orders which contain terms including but not limited to requirements and specifications, delivery and performance schedules, fees and expenses, Deliverables, and Parties’ technical points of contact for Services on an ongoing basis. Upon mutual, written acceptance of a work order by Parties, such work order will be a “Statement of Work” or “SOW”.
Statements of Work means the mutually agreed internal documents that set forth the Services in respect of the Functional Service Areas that are identified in Schedule A-1 or Schedule A-2, as applicable.
