Other Contractors definition

Other Contractors means any contractor (other than the entity which executed this Contract or its Subcontractors) who or which has a contract with the City for work on or adjacent to the building or Site of the Work.

More Definitions of Other Contractors

Other Contractors means contractors of the Company (other than Contractor) and also subcontractors (of any tier) of such other contractors who are providing work or services in the vicinity of the Site or in relation to any project or activity related to the Work.
