City Representative definition

City Representative means the Representative or appointee engaged by the City to supervise the work.

City Representative means the City Manager or his or her designee as evidenced by a written certificate furnished to the Developer containing the specimen signature of such person or persons and signed by the City Manager.

City Representative means the City employee who has specifically been designated to act as a contact person to the City’s Procurement Administrator, and who is responsible for monitoring and overseeing the Contractor’s performance under the Contract and for providing information regarding details pertaining to the Work.

• In the absence of the Contractor or designated representative, directions or instructions may be given by the City Representative to the superintendent or xxxxxxx having charge of the specific work to which the order applies.

• The City Representative, as designated by the City Manager for the City (“City Representative”), shall decide questions about the quality of materials furnished and Work performed, manner of performance, rate of progress of the Work, interpretation of the plans and specifications, and the fulfillment of the Contract by the Contractor.

City Representative means the City Manager of University Place or designee upon reasonable approval of Developer. Upon approval of this Agreement by the City Council, the City Representative for this Agreement shall be the City Manager and every reference to the City herein including but not limited to decisions of the City or actions to be taken at the discretion of the City shall mean a decision of the City Manager or at the discretion of the City Manager.

City Representative means the Water Commissioner of the City of St. Louis or his/her authorized or designated representative.

City Representative means that official or agent of the City authorized by the City Council to undertake the action referenced herein.

City Representative means an individual delegated by by-law to act as City Representative for the purposes of this Agreement;

City Representative means (i) the person or persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the City for the purpose of performing any act under this Contract by a written certificate furnished to the Lender containing the specimen signatures of such person or persons and signed on behalf of the City by its City Manager, or (ii) if any or all of the City’s rights and obligations are assigned under this Contract, the person or persons at the time designated to act on behalf of the City and the assignee by a written certificate similarly furnished and of the same tenor.
