Application of pesticides definition

Application of pesticides means the spraying, spreading, injection, placement, or other use of pesticides at a parcel for the pesticides’ intended purpose, but does not include other releases of pesticides such as those from the handling, mixing, storing, spilling, leaking or disposing of pesticides, or releases of pesticides from equipment cleaning or repair.

  • Time of application means the date a participating lender receives an application from a participating community.
