Contract Documents definition

Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement, including any amendments thereto.
Contract Documents means collectively the Tender Documents, Designs, Drawings, Specification, Schedule of Quantities and Rates, Letter of Acceptance and agreed variations if any, and such other documents constituting the tender and acceptance thereof.
Contract Documents means the documents specified in Article1.1(Contract Documents) of the Contract Agreement (including any amendments to these Documents).

  • The Work comprises the completed construction required by the Contract Documents and includes all labor necessary to produce such construction, and all materials and equipment incorporated or to be incorporated in such construction.

Contract Documents means the documents listed in the Contract Agreement,
