Card Account Access. Subject to the limitations set forth in this Agreement, once your Card has been successfully activated and your identity verified, you may use your Card, Card Number, or Account Number, as applicable, to facilitate payment instructions that you give us that can include: (1) add funds to your Card Account (see section below labeled “Adding Funds to Your Card Account”), (2) purchase goods or services wherever Visa debit cards are accepted (see section below labeled “Using Your Card for Purchases”), (3) withdraw cash from your Card Account (see section below labeled “Using Your Card to Get Cash”), (4) the payment of bills directly from your Card Account in the amounts and on the days you request (see section below labeled “Using Your Card Account to Pay Bills”) and (5) transfer funds between Card Accounts or from your Card Account to your bank account, as long as you do not exceed the value available in your Card Account. Some of these services may not be available at all terminals. There may be fees associated with some of these transactions. For fee information, see the Fee Schedule above. Each time you use the Card, you authorize us to reduce the funds available in your Card Account by the amount of the purchase or withdrawal in addition to any applicable fees, costs or holdings. There is no credit line associated with your Card. This means that at the time of the transaction you must have sufficient funds available in your Card Account to pay for the transaction and any applicable fees and you are never allowed to exceed the available balance in your Card Account. Nevertheless, if you exceed the available balance you shall remain fully liable to us for the amount of the transactions and any applicable fees and charges, and you agree to pay us immediately on demand. We may deduct the negative balance owing from any current or future funds loaded to your Card Account or any other account you activate or maintain with us. If your Card Account has a zero or negative balance, we may, at our option, cancel your Card Account without notice. You can get a receipt at the time you initiate a transaction and you should retain the receipt to verify your transactions. Some merchants may not provide paper receipts for small dollar transactions.

You acknowledge and agree that the value available in your Card Account for use or withdrawal is limited to the funds loaded to your Card Account minus any pending loads or pending authorizations, minus funds spent or withdrawn from the Card Account and minus any and all applicable fees. If your Available Balance is insufficient to cover any transaction amount or any transaction fee(s) assessed or both, the transaction may be declined. If you use your Card Number without presenting your Card (such as for a mail order, telephone, or Internet purchase), the legal effect will be the same as if you used the Card itself.

We may also prohibit using the Card for transactions with certain types of merchants, including but not limited to merchants engaged in illegal activities, online or off-shore gaming, or dating/escort services. We may increase or decrease these limits from time to time and restrict certain types of merchants in our sole discretion and without prior notice to you, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Card Account Access. You may use your Card to: • Withdraw cash from your Xxxxxxx Federal checking and savings accounts at ATMs/ITMs; • Transfer funds between your Xxxxxxx Federal checking and savings accounts at ATMs/ITMs; • Make balance inquiries on your Xxxxxxx Federal checking and savings accounts at ATMs/ITMs; • Make deposits to your Xxxxxxx Federal checking and savings accounts at designated Xxxxxxx Federal ATMs/ITMs; • Make payments to certain Xxxxxxx Federal loan accounts at Xxxxxxx Federal ATMs/ITMs; • Pay for purchases at POS terminals where our Card is accepted, by entering your Card and PIN (POS Purchases). • As part of the purchase, you may be able to get cash back depending on the policies of the provider of the goods or services. • Pay for purchases directly from your Xxxxxxx Federal checking account wherever you see the Visa® symbol displayed (Visa® Purchases, i.e. one time Card purchases); • Withdraw cash from your Xxxxxxx Federal checking account, via a cash advance from a participating Visa® financial institution. • Make purchases online via a computer or mobile device. • Pay bills and other recurring debits. The maximum amount that can be spent from your Card per day is the balance of the Card Account. The maximum value of your Card is restricted to $1,000.00. There may be fees associated with some of these transactions. For fee information, see the Fee Schedule above. Each time you use the Card, you authorize us to reduce the funds available in your Card Account by the amount of the purchase or withdrawal in addition to any applicable fees, costs or holdings. There is no credit line associated with your Card. This means that at the time of the transaction you must have sufficient funds available in your Card Account to pay for the transaction and any applicable fees and you are never allowed to exceed the available balance in your Card Account. Some of these services may not be available at all terminals or in all instances. There may be fees associated with some of these transactions. For information about the fees, see the section labeled “Fee Schedule.” Limitations on frequency of transfers: For security reasons, we may limit the amount or number of transactions you can make with your Card.

Related to Card Account Access

  • Account Access Electronic Check Transactions may only be made from your checking account.

  • User Accounts End User shall ensure that only Authorized Users can access the Services. User accounts may not be shared among individuals or used to provide access to the Services to individuals who are not the individual associated with the corresponding user account.

  • Account Information The account balance and transaction history information may be limited to recent account information involving your accounts. Also, the availability of funds for transfer or withdrawal may be limited due to the processing time for any ATM deposit transactions and our Funds Availability Policy.

  • Income Collection, Transaction Processing, Account Administration 0.25 of a basis point per annum on the average net assets of the Fund.
