Load Funds definition

Load Funds or "CDSL Funds" and individually as a "Load Fund" or a "CDSL Fund." Under this Agreement, the following provisions shall apply with respect to the sale of, and payment for, Load Shares.

  • End Load Shares shall hereinafter be referred to collectively as "Front-End Load Funds." Funds that issue CDSL Shares shall hereinafter be referred to collectively as "CDSL Funds."   • With respect to the Funds, the Shares of which are indicated in that Fund's Prospectus as being sold with a sales charge (i.e. the "Load Funds"), you will be allowed to retain a commission or concession from the public offering price provided in such Load Funds' current Prospectus and/or periodic instructions from us.

  • Funds that issue Front-End Load Shares shall hereinafter be referred to collectively as “Front-End Load Funds.” Funds that issue CDSL Shares shall hereinafter be referred to collectively as “CDSL Funds.” Front-End Load Funds and CDSL Funds may individually or collectively be referred as “Load Funds.” Under this Agreement, the following provisions shall apply with respect to the sale of, and payment for, Load Shares.

Related to Load Funds

  • Good Funds means immediately available funds delivered by confirmed wire transfer to an account designated by the Closing Agent.

  • Client Funds means money deposited by the Client in his/her Trading Account, plus or minus any unrealized or realized profit or loss, plus or minus any amount that is due by the Client to the Company and vice versa.

  • Program Funds means all funds that are required to be deposited into the Non-profit School Food Service Account.

  • Excess Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(l) of this Agreement.

  • Subsidy Funds With respect to any Subsidy Loans, funds contributed by the employer of a Mortgagor in order to reduce the payments required from the Mortgagor for a specified period in specified amounts.

  • Escrowed Funds Has the meaning, with respect to any Trust, specified in Section 2.02(b).

  • Cleared Funds means the proceeds of cheque deposits to your account, once the cheque is cleared, cash deposits and direct credits.

  • Buydown Funds Any amount contributed by the seller of a Mortgaged Property, the Company or other source in order to enable the Mortgagor to reduce the payments required to be made from the Mortgagor's funds in the early years of a Mortgage Loan. Buydown Funds are not part of the Trust Fund prior to deposit into the Custodial or Certificate Account.

  • Maximum Funds means the maximum Funds set out in Schedule “B”.

  • Operating Accounts shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Section 4.03.A.

  • Operating Account means a demand deposit account maintained at the Funding Bank in Borrower's name and designated for funding that portion of each Eligible Loan not funded by a Warehousing Advance made against that Eligible Loan and for returning any excess payment from an Investor for a Pledged Loan or Pledged Security.

  • Contract Funds means the funds that have been appropriated, designated, encumbered, or otherwise made available for payment by the State under this Contract.

  • Collected Funds means, with respect to any Collection Period, the amount of funds in the Collection Account representing collections on the Receivables during such Collection Period, including all Net Liquidation Proceeds collected during such Collection Period (but excluding any Purchase Amounts).

  • Project Funds means funds disbursed by the State Water Board to the Recipient for purposes of this Agreement.

  • Funds means financial assets and benefits of every kind, including, but not limited to:

  • Special Funds means, collectively, the Bond Fund, the Project Fund and the Collateral Fund, and any accounts therein, all as created in this Indenture.

  • Surplus funds means, at any given date, the excess of cash and other recognized assets that are expected to be resolved into cash or its equivalent in the natural course of events and with a reasonable certainty, over the liabilities and necessary reserves at the same date.

  • Settlement Funds means the amount of funds in the Qualified Settlement Fund.

  • Funding Accounts has the meaning assigned to such term in Section 4.01(h).
