The Contracting Retailer shall, when submitting the Monthly Retailer Payment Report for the Covid-19 March 2020 Primary Charges, additionally report the value of the cumulative amount paid prior to 1st April 2020, which shall be included for the purposes of calculating the Cumulative Amount Paid against the Covid19 March 2020 Primary Charges.
The Contracting Retailer shall deduct the value of its current Cumulative Amount Paid (including VAT)_from the current Minimum Payment Requirement and, as a minimum pay the Contracting Wholesaler the balance (the “Minimum Payment Required This Period”).

Therefore, with respect to any calendar quarter, the relevant Opt-In Party shall pay the difference (if positive) between (i) the Cumulative Amount Owed as of the end of such calendar quarter, minus (ii) the Cumulative Amount Owed (if any) as of the end of the immediately prior calendar quarter.
