Card Network definition

Card Network means Visa U.S.A., Inc., MasterCard International, Inc., American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., DFS Services LLC (the owner of Discover) and their affiliates, or any other payment networks approved by Bank that provide Cards accepted by Merchant.
Card Network means a payment card network, including the network operated by each of Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Card Network means Mastercard®, the card network for your Card.

  • Merchant will be solely responsible for the implementation of its decision for limited acceptance including but not limited to policing the Card Network type(s) of transactions at the point-of-sale submitted for processing by Provider.

  • Merchant will pay the current published fees for each Chargeback as listed on the Merchant Application and any other fines, fees, or assessments imposed by any Card Network or Card Issuer.

  • Merchant will provide any assistance that Provider, Card Issuer, regulators, governmental authority or any Card Network deems necessary to contain and control the incident to prevent further unauthorized access to or use of Cardholder Information.

Card Network means Mastercard International Inc. or Visa Inc., depending of your Card affiliation as specified in the Card Carrier;
Card Network means any entity formed to administer and promote Cards, including, without limitation, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, other credit and debit card providers, Debit Networks, and gift card and other stored value and loyalty program providers. "Card Verification Value 2 (CVV2)/Card Validation Code 2 (CVC2)/Card Identification Data (CID)" is a code derived by the Card Issuer and printed on the reverse side of a Card. The CVV2/CVC2/CID is used to deter fraudulent use of an account number in a CNP Transaction.
Card Network means Visa, MasterCard and/or any other card association through which credit card issuers may issue credit cards, as Capital One shall from time to time notify the Organization during the Term.
Card Network means Visa, the card network for your Card. “Card Number” is the 16-digit number embossed or printed on your Card. NOTE: The Card Number is different from your Account Number.

Card Network means any or all of UnionPay International Co., Ltd., JCB International Co., Ltd., MasterCard International Incorporated and VISA International Service Association which the Bank has for the time being authorised in relation to the Merchant, as indicated as the “Card Network” in the Merchant Application Form.
