Using Your Card to Get Cash. You may use your Card and PIN to obtain cash at ATMs displaying the network acceptance marks shown on the back of your card or at merchants that have agreed to provide cash back at POS terminals bearing an acceptance mark that is shown on the back of your card. The maximum amount of cash you may withdraw at an ATM on a daily basis is described in the section below entitled “Card Limitations”. Merchants, banks and ATM operators may impose additional withdrawal limits. See the Fee Schedule above for information on the fees we assess for transactions at ATMs and merchants who provide cash back (including getting cash, balance inquiries, and ATM declines).

Using Your Card to Get Cash. With a PIN, you may use your Card to (i) obtain cash or check your balance at any Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”) that bears the Visa® PLUS® brand, or (ii) obtain cash at merchants or banks that have agreed to provide cash back at POS terminals bearing the Visa PLUS® brands. All ATM transactions are treated as cash withdrawal transactions. The maximum amount of cash you may withdraw at an ATM on a daily basis is $900, with a $300 per transaction limit, as described in the Section above titled “Limitations on Frequency and Dollar Amounts of Transactions.” We may limit the amount of any individual ATM withdrawal, and merchants, banks and ATM operators may impose additional withdrawal limits. You will be charged a fee by us for each cash withdrawal and balance inquiry made at an ATM or cash withdrawal obtained through a bank teller, in the amount disclosed in the accompanying “Schedule of Fees and Charges (Schedule A).” In addition, when you use an ATM not owned by the Bank, you may be charged a fee by the ATM operator or any network used (and you may be charged a fee for a balance inquiry even if you do not complete a fund transfer).

With a PIN, you may use your Physical Card to (i) obtain cash or check your balance at any Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”) that bears the Mastercard brand, or (ii) obtain cash at merchants or banks that have agreed to provide cash back at POS terminals bearing the Mastercard brand. All ATM transactions are treated as cash withdrawal transactions. The maximum amount of cash you may withdraw at an ATM on a daily basis is $500.00 per day domestic, and $250.00 per day international as described in the Section above titled “Limitations on Frequency and Dollar Amounts of Transactions.” We may limit the amount of any individual ATM withdrawal, and merchants, banks and ATM operators may impose additional withdrawal limits. If you obtain funds or make a purchase in a currency other than the currency in which your Card Account was issued, the amount deducted from your funds will be converted by the Card Network into an amount in the currency of your Card. The exchange rate between the transaction currency and the billing currency used for processing international transactions is a rate selected by the Card Network from the range of rates available in wholesale currency markets for the applicable central processing date, which may vary from the rate the Card Network itself receives or the government-mandated rate in effect for the applicable central processing date. The Card Network (independently of us) may assess a fee for currency conversion based upon the amount of the transaction in the currency of your Card Account and will retain this amount as compensation for its services. The conversion rate may be different from the rate in effect on the date of your transaction and the date it is posted to your account. The minimum cash withdrawal at ATMs is $20.00. The maximum amount of cash you may withdraw at an ATM and via merchant cash back in any one day is $300 domestically ($500 internationally) or the available balance in your Card Account, whichever is less; merchants, banks and ATM operators may have additional limitations.
