POS Terminals. You can buy goods and services with your Card and PIN at any POS Terminal that is part of a network that accepts the Card. Payment for these purchases will be withdrawn from your Checking Account. As part of the purchase, you may be able to get cash back, depending on the policies of the merchant of the goods or services.
POS Terminals. The Retail Merchants shall maintain POS terminals capable of processing NMG Credit Card, Non-Card Payment Plan and Account transactions as handled as of the Effective Date. To the extent that the Retail Merchants are required to make changes to any POS terminal (including hardware and software) in order to process NMG Transactions and transmit NMG Charge Transaction Data under this Agreement as a result of any System conversion contemplated by Section 7.4 or any other change or modification to any Bank System or a new Bank System approved by the Management Committee, Bank shall pay the costs and expenses associated with such changes.
POS Terminals. Except as otherwise agreed by the parties hereto, Company shall maintain POS terminals in each Store which are capable of processing Company Transactions substantially as handled as of the Effective Date; provided, however, that this provision shall not apply to Incidental Company Channels except at Company’s option.
POS Terminals. Merchant shall obtain and install POS Terminals, together with software and any other facilities necessary to support the System, meeting all requirements set forth in the Operating Rules and Security Manual and approved by Moneris, at Merchant locations. Merchant shall not use software not specifically approved by Moneris or which Merchant has reason to believe is pirated or obtained from an unauthorized source.

The Retail Merchants shall maintain POS terminals capable of processing Company Credit Card and Account transactions as handled as of the Servicing Start Date, and prior to the Servicing Start Date shall make such changes to such POS terminals as required under the Integration Plan. To the extent that the Retail Merchants are required to make changes to any POS terminal (including hardware and software), Internet or mobile apps in order to support Prequalification Requests (to the extent applicable), process Applications, process Transactions and transmit Charge Transaction Data under this Agreement as a result of any change or modification to any Servicer Systems or as a result of any requirement of Applicable Law applicable to the Servicer, (****).

To the extent that the Retail Merchants are required to make changes to any POS terminal (including hardware and software) in order to process FDS Transactions and transmit FDS Charge Transaction Data under this Agreement as a result of any System conversion contemplated by Section 7.4 or any other change or modification to any Bank System or a new Bank System approved by the Operating Committee, each Party shall pay its respective costs and expenses associated with such changes.
POS Terminals. Kohl’s shall maintain POS terminals capable of processing Private Label Credit Card Transactions. To the extent that Bank requires other equipment or changes to such terminals for transmission of Charge Transaction Data under this Agreement, Bank shall provide, or pay for the purchase, installation and maintenance of, such other equipment or required changes to Kohl’s POS credit card terminals.
POS Terminals. Pier 1 shall maintain POS terminals capable of processing Pier 1 Credit Card and Account transactions as handled as of the Effective Date. To the extent that Pier 1 is required by Bank to make changes to any POS terminal (including hardware and software) in order to process Pier 1 Transactions and transmit Pier 1 Charge Transaction Data under this Agreement as a result of any change or modification to any Bank System or a new Bank System approved by the Management Committee, Bank shall pay the costs and expenses associated with such changes.

To the extent that Bank requires other equipment or changes to such terminals for transmission of Charge Transaction Data under this Agreement, Bank shall provide, or pay for the purchase, installation and maintenance of, such other equipment or required changes to Kohl’s POS credit card terminals.
