Merchant Locations definition

Merchant Locations means all locations where the Services are provided by RPSL and/or where Platform is recognised as a payment method for the sale of goods/services by the Merchant and includes without limitation: (i) Merchant’s website, (ii) retail outlets/ physical stores of Merchant (through POS or otherwise);(iii) Merchant’s mobile application; and (iv) servers/ backend servers/ websites of a Merchant used for authentication of Transactions undertaken through Platform or any payment instruments processed by RPSL for payment to such Merchant; (i)“Services” shall mean a) payment services introduced by RPSL, payment services provided by various Payment Service Providers/acquirers through RPSL or any other services made available and approved by RPSL for the Merchant which is including but not limited to card payment services, Sodexo Meal Card etc. b) RPSL will send the commercial and/or promotional messages in relation to the Platform or Services or any other product/services of the RPSL or Payments Bank and/or any Payment Service Providers/third parties to the mobile number registered by the Merchant with the RPSL for availing the Services under this Agreement c) . RPSL may provide at its discretion such logo and other such trademarks and marketing material to the Merchant for displaying it at the Merchant Location and the Merchant shall display the same at all times; (j)”Payment Service Provider” shall mean and include any payment gateways, bank, payment intermediary, payment service provider, food card service provider etc. who has an arrangement with RPSL for making available payment services to the Merchant through Platform and/or JioPrime Partner Website; (k) “Point of Sale device” or “POS” means a secure device with an alphanumeric keyboard and through which the Consumer can enter their PIN/ swipe / use pre-paid instrument cards and make payments; (l) “Settlement Account” shall mean the settlement account of the Merchant identified in the MAF to which the proceeds of the Transactions processed on behalf of the Merchant are to be credited as per the records of the Merchant Accounts. RPSL may change the settlement account of the Merchant in its records on the request of the Merchant; (m) “Transactions” shall mean any transaction initiated or performed between a Merchant and a Consumer utilising the Platform and/or Services; and(n) “Payment Bank” or “Bank” shall mean Jio Payments Bank Ltd.
Merchant Locations means (i) the physical locations from which Merchant operates the Merchant Business which have been indicated on the Merchant Application; and (ii) the Merchant’s app, the shopping pages of one of the Accepted Payment Services, or such other electronic interface as may be agreed upon with IOTPAY in which Online Transactions may be completed by a Consumer.
Merchant Locations means those stores or other payment modes in the Market where customers of Merchant can pay for goods or services offered by Merchant, limited to where payments are made in- person.

Related to Merchant Locations

  • Retail location means a facility listed under NFPA 1124, 7.1.2.
