Merchant Locations definition

Merchant Locations means all locations where the Services are provided by RPSL and/or where Platform is recognised as a payment method for the sale of goods/services by the Merchant and includes without limitation: (i) Merchant’s website, (ii) retail outlets/ physical stores of Merchant (through POS or otherwise);
Merchant Locations means (i) the physical locations from which Merchant operates the Merchant Business which have been indicated on the Merchant Application; and (ii) the Merchant’s app, the shopping pages of one of the Accepted Payment Services, or such other electronic interface as may be agreed upon with IOTPAY in which Online Transactions may be completed by a Consumer.
Merchant Locations means those stores or other payment modes in the Market where customers of Merchant can pay for goods or services offered by Merchant, limited to where payments are made in- person.

  • Merchant’s placement of the equipment or system at its Merchant Locations shall constitute acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth in this section.

  • For clarity, the foregoing sentence: (i) does not require Merchant and/or Merchant Locations to adopt or use acceptance technology they do not use as of the Effective Date and (ii) is not intended to modify, and does not modify, the requirements related to the acceptance of Visa Cards in the Acceptance Agreement (defined in Section 4 below).

  • All Merchant Locations shall accept any and all Visa Cards (including, without limitation transactions initiated with contactless Visa Cards) at all times during the Term.
