Loading Your Card. You may add funds to your Card, called "value loading", at any time. Value will be "loaded" or added to the Card after it has been activated and the authenticity of the Card and/or "load" instruction has been verified. You can add ("reload") additional value to your Card in any of the following ways: (a) making a payment at your local Hawaiian Financial Federal Credit Union branch; (b) direct deposit to the Card through an Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) funds transfer (For Personalized Cards only); or (c) visiting xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/ or calling (000) 000-0000 to initiate an ACH funds transfer from your designated funding account. A load or reload fee may apply for each load or reload. The minimum amount of the initial load and each reload transaction load is $50.00. The maximum amount of the initial cash load and each cash reload is $5,000.00 per transaction, with a total cumulative cash load/reload limit of $5,000.00 per day. The maximum amount of value that can reside on the Card at any time is $5,000.00. The number of loads on a Non-Personalized Card is limited to 4 including the initial load. Personalized Cards have unlimited reload capabilities and may utilize Automated-Clearing House direct deposits only to the extent set forth below. We may increase or decrease these limits from time to time in our sole discretion without prior notice to you. We will limit the number of Cards provided to you. We reserve the right to accept or reject any request to load or reload value to the Card at our sole discretion. With the exception of reloads performed through direct deposit, the Card may only be reloaded by the Cardholder. AN UNAUTHORIZED USER MAY NOT RELOAD FUNDS TO THE CARD. For Personalized Cards only you can receive Automated Clearing House (“ACH”) direct deposits. You may provide your Card Account number for these deposits, but you agree not to provide your Card Account number to third parties to withdraw funds. If you are a party to an ACH entry, you agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of the National Automated Clearing House Association ("NACHA") Operating Rules and Guidelines (collectively, the “NACHA Rules”), the rules of any local ACH, and the rules of any other system through which the entry is made. If you wish to conduct a split transaction and it is permitted by the merchant, you must tell the merchant to charge only the exact amount of funds available on the Card to the Card. You must then arrange to pay the difference using another payment method. Some merchants may require payment for the remaining balance in cash. If you fail to inform the merchant that you would like to complete a split transaction prior to swiping your Card, your Card is likely to be declined. You will have access to the funds immediately after loading via Western Union, or Green Dot MoneyPak®. Personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders sent to the Issuer are not an acceptable form of loading. At our discretion, we may allow a load payment in excess of the limits disclosed below, including the maximum value limit, to post to your Card Account. However, if such a load payment is permitted to post to your Card Account on one occasion, there is no guarantee that any load(s), in any form, in excess of the disclosed limit will be permitted in the future. All checks and money orders sent to the Issuer for Card loading will be returned unless the full amount may be applied towards a negative balance, in which case the check or money order may or may not be loaded to the Card at the discretion of the Issuer. The maximum value of your Card is restricted to $15,000.00. All such checks and money orders sent to the Issuer for Card loading will be returned unless the full amount may be applied towards a negative balance, in which case the check or money order may or may not be loaded to the Card at the discretion of the Issuer.

The maximum amount of value that can reside on the Card at any time is $7,500.00. PIN: A PIN is a four-digit code that may be used to make purchase transactions instead of signing for your transaction. Some merchants may require you to make purchases using a PIN rather than your signature. A PIN was provided to you at the time you activated your Card. Only one (1) PIN will be issued for your Card. To prevent unauthorized access to your Card balance, you agree to keep your PIN confidential. We recommend that you memorize your PIN and do not write it down. To obtain your PIN (if required), or if you have forgotten your PIN, visit xxxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx, select PIN request and submit request. Merchant Authorization Holds. When you use your Card to pay for goods or services, certain merchants (such as car rental locations) may ask us to authorize the transaction in advance and may estimate its final value up to twenty (20%) or more to cover any tip, gratuity or incidentals that may accompany the purchase. If this occurs and your total bill, after adding in the additional 20% (or more), exceeds the amount available on the Card, your transactions may be declined. Accordingly, you should ensure that the Card has an available balance that is 20% (or more) greater than your total bill prior to using the Card for these types of purchases. You may not use your Card at any merchant other than what is disclosed in the Transaction Restrictions section above. When we preauthorize a transaction, we commit to make the requested funds available when the transaction finally settles and may place a temporary hold on your Card’s funds for the amount indicated by the merchant (which may be more than the final settled transaction amount). We also may add an amount for certain merchants to ensure that sufficient funds will be available to cover the final transaction. Transactions at certain merchants that authorize high dollar amounts, such as rental car companies, may cause an “authorization” or “hold” on your available balance for up to thirty (30) days. Until the transaction finally settles or we determine that it is unlikely to be processed, the funds subject to the hold will not be available to you for other purposes.
