Future Funds definition

Future Funds mean any account or private pooled investment vehicle, in each case focused on investing in securities, with a general partner of which the Partnership or its Affiliates will have an ownership interest; provided however, no private or public entity created for the purposes of directly owning hotel assets or incubating future REITs will be considered a “Future Fund”.
Future Funds means any investment vehicle with the same Investment Restrictions as the Fund; “GAAP” means generally accepted accounting principles;
Future Funds means such other investment entities as may be formed in the future as to which the Manager and/or its Affiliates may act directly or indirectly as sponsors and/or investment advisors.

More Definitions of Future Funds

Future Funds shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.3 “H▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Act” means the H▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇▇ Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976.
Future Funds means any and all future (i) private equity funds for which Newco or its Affiliates shall serve as general partner and manager including, but not limited to, the New Funds, and (ii) special purpose acquisition companies for which Newco or its Affiliates shall serve as sponsor or organizer.
