Goods or Services definition

Goods or Services means those Goods or Services identified in this Contract, which may be changed, from time to time by the mutual written agreement of the parties.

• In the event the Bank terminates the Contract in whole or in part, it may procure, upon such terms and in such manner as it deems appropriate, Goods and Services similar to those undelivered, and the Supplier shall be liable to the Bank for any excess costs for such similar Goods or Services.
