Goods or Services definition

Goods or Services means those Goods or Services identified in this Contract, which may be changed, from time to time by the mutual written agreement of the parties.

• If such notice is not delivered within the specified period of time, any such Goods or Services shall be deemed accepted by the Customer.

• EUROAPI has not verified the possible existence of third party intellectualproperty rights which might be infringed as a consequence of the sale and Delivery of the Goods or Services and cannot be held liable for any loss or damages in that respect.
