Appearance. The Employee must appear at the Employer’s desired workplace at the time scheduled. If the Employee does not appear, for any reason, on more than separate occasions in a 12-month calendar period the Employer has the right to terminate this Agreement immediately. In such event, the Employee would not be granted severance as stated in Section III.

Appearance. Subject to approval of the Court, any Class Member who files and serves a written objection in accordance with Section 12.2 and the Class Notice may appear, in person or by counsel, at the Final Approval Hearing held by the Court, to show cause why the proposed Settlement should not be approved as fair, adequate, and reasonable, but only if the objecting Settlement Class Member: (a) files with the Clerk of the Court a notice of intention to appear at the Final Approval Hearing by the Objection Deadline (“Notice Of Intention To Appear”); and (b) serves the Notice of Intention to Appear on all counsel designated in the Class Notice by the Objection Deadline.
Appearance. Lessee must keep the premises and home neat and orderly at all times. This includes the garage, deck, and porch areas of the home. Outside patio furniture and grill equipment will be allowed on the deck. Deck shall remain clutter free. Garage door is to remain closed when vehicle is not entering or exiting. Outside patio furniture shall be kept in good condition. Lessee must maintain the condition of the exterior of the home and surrounding buildings with respect to appearance i.e.; peeling, flaking of paint or physical damage. Alterations to the exterior must be approved, in writing, by the Lessor with respect to general compatibility with the balance of the homes in the Community. No window shall be covered with any foil, paper, cardboard, wood, metal, or other non-transparent substance or material. Appropriate curtains or blinds shall be the only window covering permitted. Materials of a commercial nature designed to reduce or eliminate glare and harmful sun rays may be installed to the manufacturer’s specifications on the exterior of the home and must compliment the home. Seasonal decorations and lights will be allowed. These decorations must be removed within two (2) weeks after the holiday. Air conditioners and/or evaporative coolers must be covered with a canvas hood for winterization. No plastic tarps will be permitted.
Appearance. Standard booth equipment (back and side wall draping, and identification sign) will be provided by MBA without cost to the Exhibitor. If an Exhibitor plans to install a completely constructed display of such a character that the Exhibitor will not require or desire the use of standard booth equipment, no part of its display shall so project so as to obscure the view of the adjacent booths. No display may exceed a height of eight feet on the back wall nor be higher than side wall specifications, except with the specific permission of MBA. All booths must be carpeted. Carpeting shall be limited to the Exhibitor’s booth(s) only, and will not be permitted to cross any aisles. Exhibitor shall not use a display that varies in any significant way from its description in the Application for Exhibit Space.
Appearance. I will meet all prescribed guidelines for appearance whenever appearing or traveling as a member of the Team. I understand that those guidelines may also obligate me to wear certain types of competition, training and leisure apparel when appearing as a member of the Team, including opening, award and closing ceremonies of a competition. Those guidelines do not, however, limit my ability to use the competition shoes/socks, grips and wrist supports or other medical braces of my choice.
Appearance. KSFiberNet shall cooperate with the City on all issues of aesthetics and appearance. KSFiberNet shall follow all legally binding City policies, state and local ordinances with respect to aesthetics. This includes, but is not limited to, historic site and/or locations of significant importance. All locations of DAS systems must be aesthetically approved by the City Engineering Department, in a manner consistent with other approvals within these Restrictions.
