Examples of Class Counsel in a sentence
If this Settlement is approved by the Court, in conjunction with the Settlement Hearing, Class Counsel will request the Court to approve Class Counsel's application for attorneys' fees and expenses, not to exceed $250,000, in prosecuting this Action and securing a benefit for the members of the Class.
If they do not enter an appearance, they will be represented by Class Counsel.
Class Counsel in the Action have represented in the Settlement Stipulation that they have sufficiently investigated the facts and researched the applicable law regarding the claims of the Named Plaintiffs, the Class Plaintiffs, and all other members of the Settlement Class, as well as the potential defenses that have been or may be asserted thereto.
In no event shall Rule 23(b)(2) Class Counsel or their experts have any responsibility, financial obligation, or liability whatsoever, including any legal liability, for any actions, judgments, determinations, or any purported errors made by the Independent Auditor, including but not limited to the calculation of the system-wide volume-weighted average Effective Interchange Rate.
The term “UAW Releasees” shall mean the UAW, the Class Representatives, the Class, Class Counsel, the Covered Group and anyone claiming on behalf of, through or under them by way of subrogation or otherwise.
