Interior. The insurance covers personal property normally contained in the vehicle and belonging to the owner of the vehicle or a member of his or her household. The insurance covers loss of, and damage to, the property if the damage occurs in connection with: - a compensable fire, theft, or vehicle damage - a sudden and unforeseen external event - theft by the renter - damage in connection with a traffic accident. The insurance does not apply to: - theft-prone property - cash and valuables - property belonging to the renter. Special requirements - Personal movables must be kept locked in the vehicle. If the requirements are not met, the compensation may be reduced, or the deductible increased. See section
Interior. Halo Grounding All cable ladder, racks, lights, equipment and exterior ground are to be bonded to an interior halo grounding system. The following items are required for halo grounding: o #2 Green Insulated Stranded Copper Halo o One (1) Master Ground Bar 1/4" X 4" X 24" o Four (4) #2 Tinned Solid Copper Drops with 10' Pigtails o Eight (8) #2 Green Insulated Stranded Copper Equipment Ground Drops

Interior. Ceilings, sidewalls and bulkhead panels shall be clean and free of cracks and stains. All floor panels shall be firm. All window shades shall operate properly and be undamaged. All carpets and seat covers shall be in good condition, clean and stain free and meet all international fire resistance regulations. All seats shall be serviceable, in good condition and repainted as necessary. Recline mechanism and table operation shall be satisfactory, and table condition level, tight, and undamaged. All signs and decals shall be in the English language, clean and legible. All emergency equipment having a calendar life shall have a minimum of one year or one hundred per cent of its total approved life whichever is less, remaining.
Interior. 4.1. The Aircraft shall be in the same configuration (including, but not limited to, interior seating configuration, galleys and lavatories) at Lessor’s option, (i) as when such Aircraft was originally delivered to Lessee hereunder, (ii) as subsequently provided or paid for by Lessor, or (iii) as otherwise set forth in this Lease or as otherwise agreed between the parties.

Except as otherwise provided in this Section 14, Tenant shall have the right, at its sole cost and expense, to maintain within the interior of the Premises all signs and advertising matter customary or appropriate in the conduct of Tenant’s business; provided, however, that Tenant shall, upon demand of Landlord, immediately remove any sign, advertisement, decoration, lettering or notice which Tenant has placed or permitted to be placed in, upon, or about the Premises which is visible from the exterior of the Premises, and which Landlord deems objectionable or offensive in Landlord’s sole discretion. If Tenant fails or refuses to do so, Landlord may enter upon the Premises and remove same at Tenant’s sole cost and expense. Tenant shall maintain such signs in a neat, clear and orderly condition.
Interior. Tenant agrees to keep the interior of said premises, all windows, screens, awnings, doors, including the overhead truck loading doors, interior walls, pipes, elevators, machinery, plumbing, electric wiring, and other fixtures and interior appurtenances, in good and substantial repair and clean condition at Tenant's own expense - fire, windstorm, or other act of God, alone excepted. All glass, both interior and exterior, is at the sole risk of Tenant and Tenant agrees to replace at Tenant's own expense, any glass broken during the terms of this lease, and the Tenant agrees to insure and to keep insured, all plate glass in the demised premises and to furnish the Landlord with certification of said insurance. It is hereby understood and agreed that in the event that there is an air conditioning unit (or units) in the demised premises, the Landlord shall maintain the same during the term of this lease and any renewal period in good working order. Upon expiration or termination of the lease, the air conditioning unit (or units) will remain in and as part of the demised premises.
