All attorneys for an Objector who desire to present oral argument or evidence in support of the objection shall file a notice of appearance with the Court no later than the Objection Deadline and serve a copy of the notice of appearance on Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel.
Class Counsel shall move the Court for a Final Approval Order of this Settlement, to be issued following the Final Approval Hearing; within a reasonable time after the Notice Deadline, Objection Deadline, and Opt-Out Deadline.

No Settlement Class Member shall be heard, and no papers, briefs, pleadings, or other documents submitted by any Settlement Class Member shall be received and considered by the Court, unless the objection is mailed first-class postage prepaid to the Settlement Administrator at the address listed in the Notice, and postmarked by no later than the Objection Deadline, as specified in the Notice.
