Objection Deadline definition

Objection Deadline is the last day on which a Settlement Class Member may file an objection to the Settlement, which will be sixty (60) days after the Notice Deadline.
Objection Deadline means the date by which a written objection to this Settlement Agreement or a request for exclusion submitted by a person within the Settlement Class must be postmarked and/or filed with the Court and sent to the Settlement Administrator, which shall be designated as sixty (60) days after the Notice Deadline, or such other date as ordered by the Court.

More Definitions of Objection Deadline

Objection Deadline means the date agreed upon by the Parties, or otherwise ordered by the Court in the Preliminary Approval Order, by which any Class Members who wish to do so must object to the Settlement Agreement’s terms or provisions and submit any required statements, proof, or other materials and/or argument.
