Painting. All exterior surfaces and materials requiring paint shall be prime coated plus 2 coats of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar alkyd flat exterior finish, or Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxx SWP exterior gloss paint. All porous exterior surfaces (e.g. unpainted wood) shall be sealed with 2 coats of Xxxxxxxx’x Water Seal following the manufacturers application instructions. Interior surfaces requiring paint shall be prime coated plus 2 coats of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar Latex Eg-Shel enamel. Concrete block walls shall receive 1 coat of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar Block Filler and 2 coats of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Pro-Mar latex Eg-Shel enamel. Interior finishes and color selections shall be approved by the State. A schedule of colors and finishes shall be prepared by the Owner/Lessor and approved by the State.
Painting. Lessor reserves the right to determine when the dwelling will be painted unless there is any law to the contrary.
Painting a. All paint shall be 1st quality “Crown” or other equal and approved
Painting. Galvanization of canopy columns and primary beams only is included. All other metallic materials are either factory-finished or non-corrosive. Paiting of wall-mounted conduits is not included.
Painting. No painting, writing, or otherwise defacing any surface of the apartment is permitted. All apartments shall remain painted in the Landlord’s choice of color. Landlord reserves the right to determine when the apartment will be painted.
Painting. For one (1) year after the Date of Warranty, Seller will repaint any surfaces where the initial paint flashes or where excessive knot & wood oils bleed through the finish paint surface. Additionally, Seller will touch up the paint whenever repairs are made to drywall and interior trim. As Seller will caulk and touch-up paint once, it is recommended that such caulking and touch-up painting be addressed at the end of the one-year Limited Warranty coverage term.
Painting. The Division is responsible for all interior and exterior painting of apartments and buildings. Apartment interiors are not automatically repainted for new occupants. Painting of the premises may not be performed by the Lessee. Lessee shall be liable for the cost of any re-painting required to restore premises to Division standard.
Painting. Landlord reserves the right to determine when the dwelling demised premises will be painted unless there is any law to the contrary.
Painting. (a) Interior wall surfaces of gypsum board shall receive two (2) coats of flat latex paint, colors to be selected by Tenant from Landlord's samples.
Painting. Tenant(s) will be charged to repaint the unit if walls and ceiling have excessive smoke, soot due to candles/incense, dirt, hole damage, scuffs, etc. and any/or all damage not recorded on the Condition Check List Form and not returned within five (5) days to the Landlord’s office.
