Examples of Governing Law in a sentence
This Agreement is governed by the Governing Law with the jurisdiction for any court process to be of the Landlord’s preference in such area.
If the Landlord believes the Tenant has vacated and abandoned the Property, the Landlord is entitled to inspect the Property by providing 24 hours’ notice or the timeframe required under Governing Law, whichever is greater.
The Security Deposit is returned to the Tenant in accordance with the timeframe mentioned or Governing Law, whichever is greater.
If required under Governing Law or at the Landlord’s sole discretion, the Landlord shall provide a receipt for the payment of a Security Deposit which may include the location of where the funds are held.
Unless required under Governing Law, the Security Deposit shall not be placed in an interest-bearing bank account to the benefit of the Tenant.
