Carrier Charges. We do not charge for Alerts, but standard message and data rates may be charged by your mobile carrier. Your relationship with your mobile carrier is independent and separate from your relationship with us and is outside of our control. Any dispute that relates to the rates charged by your mobile carrier to view or access Alerts on your Electronic Device is strictly between you and your mobile carrier, and you agree to raise no defence or claim against us.
Carrier Charges. The Service operates through your and the User’s mobile or other network service provider’s service (”Carrier”). This Agreement, and your use of the Service, does not modify or replace the terms of any agreement applicable between you and your Carrier.
Carrier Charges. You recognize that You are responsible for paying all roaming charges, data charges, text message (SMS) charges, plan charges, and any other possible charges that result because of the use of Software on Your mobile phone. You agree to pay all charges to your carrier and that KaHa is NOT responsible for paying any charges You incur from your carrier.
Carrier Charges. To the extent you access the Application, your wireless service carrier’s standard charges, data rates and other fees may apply. In addition, downloading, installing, or using certain features of the Application may be prohibited or restricted by your carrier, and not all features of the Application may work with all carriers or devices. By using the Application, you agree that C4C may communicate with you regarding C4C and other entities by SMS, MMS, text message or other electronic means to your mobile device and that certain information about your usage of the Application may be communicated to C4C. In the event you change or deactivate your mobile telephone number, you agree to promptly update your Account information to ensure that your messages are not sent to the person that acquires your old number.
Carrier Charges. Changes in charges from Contracted Carriers used to provide freight management services described in Sections 2.4 and 2.5 and described and selected by EDIGITAL in Schedule “A,” will be immediately reflected in APL DIRECT’S charges to EDIGITAL.
Carrier Charges. Owner may provide the Application free of charge, but your carrier’s data rates may apply to your use of the Application.
