Internet Services means the Services provided to you by us using broadband technology to enable you to gain access to the Internet and certain other Services whether by a personal computer, television or other device;

Internet Services has the meaning set forth in Section 4.8(a) hereof.

The foregoing agreement not to compete shall not be held invalid or unenforceable because of the scope of the territory or actions subject thereto or restricted thereby, or the period of time within which such agreement is operative, but any judgment of a court of competent jurisdiction may define the maximum territory of action subject to and restricted by this paragraph and the period of time during which such covenant is enforceable. Seller consents to the entry against him of injunctive relief in the event of his breach of this covenant.
